Doesn't look good

Well,it looks like there is a price to pay for the racing season. I tore the meniscus in my right knee. Actually,I tore both the inner and outer front menisci (?!)

8 weeks of physical therapy,ultra sound and stretching,and a 50/50 chance that I thereby avoid having surgery in January. Wish me luck!
